★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz proteção veicular aí começou a dor de cabeça instalaram rastreador e ao desliga meu carro o mesmo continuava ligado liguei para responsável que fez a proteção e ela ligou para o rapaz que tinha instalado o rastreador e ele em menos de 10 minutos já não estava mais em minha cidade . Precisei levar o carro em um eletricista para resolver o problema porque a empresa não resolveu e precisei pagar o eletricista com recursos próprios . No mesmo mês mais uma surpresa precisei de um guincho porque meu carro parou de funcionar liguei para os números que a empresa forneceu em um cartão e ao conversa com o 0800 min falaram que não poderia me enviar o guincho porque a empresa não fazia parte do grupo de serviços de guincho daquela companhia .. liguei para a empresa e a mesma pediu para eu pagar um guincho com recursos próprios que me devolveria o dinheiro. Mas se pago a proteção porque eles não me enviaram o guincho eu preciso pagar para depois eles me devolver o dinheiro ?
Parei de pagar as parcelas mensal achando que cancelava a proteção e pra min surpresa estão me cobrando as parcelas e estou a meses pedindo para que retirem o rastreador do meu carro e a empresa se negar a retirada do rastreador
I did vehicle protection there started the headache installed tracker and when shutting down my car it was still on I called the guard who made the protection and she called the boy who had installed the tracker and he in less than 10 minutes was no longer in my city . I had to take the car to an electrician to solve the problem because the company did not solve it and had to pay the electrician with its own resources. In the same month one more surprise I needed a winch because my car stopped working I called the numbers that the company provided on a card and talking to the 0800 min they said they could not send me the winch because the company was not part of the group from that company's winch services .. I called the company and it asked me to pay for a winch with its own resources that would give me back the money. But if I pay the protection because they didn't send me the winch do I need to pay for them after they give me the money back?
I stopped paying the monthly installments thinking I canceled the protection and to my surprise they are charging me the installments and I am asking for months to remove the tracker from my car and the company to refuse the tracker withdrawal
