Quando foge da razoabilidade, digo, do horário de funcionamento, acaba se tornando totalmente inoportuno pro pessoal que trabalha no mercado do pão, que sejam os colaboradores.
São estes os que realmente fazem com que a empresa cresça.
Todavia, não são devidamente valorizados.
O Reconhecimento disso é necessário sempre.
Certos feriados também precisam ser observados. Natal e ano novo fazem parte da vida dos colaboradores. Nem tudo é dinheiro nessa vida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vários produtos vencidos, quando fui questionar a dona, a mesma fingiu que nada estava acontecendo e ainda veio com desculpas perguntando se não era a data de fabricação. E essa não foi a única situação, quando voltei lá em outro dia (por que não tinha outra opção) fui mal atendida, uma falta de respeito. Precisa melhorar e muito para conseguir essa estrela que eu classifiquei, pois não merece nenhuma estrela. Cuidado quando comprarem lá, sua saúde pode estar em risco!
