★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos lá seguindo uma entusiasmada recomendação. Aliás, mesmo com Waze tivemos dificuldade em achar o lugar. Ficamos decepcionados com as exíguas instalações e também com o reduzido horário de funcionamento. Em horário de movimento deve ficar muita gente em pé.
Não encontrei um número de telefone, apenas o e-mail da Gláucia (dona), que gentilmente respondeu. Ontem, porém, ela estava ocupada demais batendo papo e nem se dignou a vir nos cumprimentar.
Foi difícil saber quais pães havia para pronta entrega. Nossa escolha foi infeliz. O brioche não merece o nome. O dito pão de azeite nem tem cheiro.
Só dei 2 estrelas, em vez de uma, porque as mocinhas atendentes são eficientes e gentilíssimas.
E os brownies são deliciosos!
We went there following an enthusiastic recommendation. In fact, even with Waze we had difficulty finding the place. We were disappointed with the limited facilities and also the reduced opening hours. During busy times, a lot of people must be standing.
I didn't find a phone number, just the email of Gláucia (owner), who kindly answered. Yesterday, though, she was too busy chatting and didn't even deign to come and say hello.
It was difficult to know which breads were ready for delivery. Our choice was an unfortunate one. The brioche doesn't deserve the name. Said oil bread doesn't even smell.
I only gave 2 stars, instead of one, because the attendants are efficient and very kind.
And the brownies are delicious!

Fui comprar o pão de Petrópolis, era por volta das 9h e me disseram que em meia hora estaria assado. Decidi tomar meu café lá, não haviam outros itens básicos do menu disponível a venda. Quando deu 10h fui pagar e comprar meu pão de Petrópolis e me informaram que ainda não tinham posto para assar. Fiquei decepcionada… o valor também deixa a desejar. Enfim precisa de um gerenciamento melhor.
The place is cozy, the bread is tasty, the price is expensive.
I went to buy the bread from Petrópolis, it was around 9 am and I was told that in half an hour it would be baked. I decided to have my coffee there, there were no other basic menu items available for sale. When it was 10 am I went to pay and buy my bread from Petrópolis and they informed me that they still hadn't put it to bake. I was disappointed… the value also leaves something to be desired. Ultimately, it needs better management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pão até pode ser bonzinho! Mas atendimento péssimo. Nunca vi uma padaria que abre as 8:30 e quando chegamos fala que AINDA vai assar os pães. Na verdade acredito que que é uma padaria gourmet , caro e o lanche não enche o buraquinho do dente! Nada de mais !
Bread can even be nice! But bad service. I've never seen a bakery that opens at 8:30 and when we arrive it says that the breads are STILL baking. In fact, I believe that it is a gourmet bakery, expensive and the snack doesn't fill the tooth hole! Nothing more !
