★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente na loja física. Mas ficou a deseja com o atendimento via WhatsApp, falta de comunicação e não sabe informar uma estimativa de tempo que o pedido vai chegar. A pessoa responsável pelo atendimento via WhatsApp não soube avisar que meu pedido retornou pra loja e eu fiquei esperando horas. Se eu não entrasse novamente com a loja, provavelmente estaria sem retorno até agora. Falta de respeito com cliente. Não recomendo e parei de comprar na unidade.

No meio da semana passada liguei para loja e perguntei o preço do Revolution Gatos, a atendente foi muito gentil e prestativa, me passou os preços. No sábado fui na loja comprar o produto e outro vendedor me atendeu, quando ele me falou o valor, eu disse que tinha ligado no meio da semana e a vendedora tinha me informado um valor menor. Ele simplesmente disse que o preço era aquele e que o produto tinha aumentado. Agradeci e fui embora sem comprar nada. Foi a primeira e última vez, não volto mais na loja. Perdi meu tempo e gasolina. LAMENTÁVEL.
No início da semana comprei o Revolution na Cobasi Imigrantes pelo mesmo preço que à atendente tinha me informado.

In the middle of last week I called the store and asked the price of Revolution Gatos, the attendant was very kind and helpful, gave me the prices. On Saturday I went to the store to buy the product and another salesman answered me, when he told me the value, I said I had called in the middle of the week and the saleswoman had informed me of a lower value. He simply said that the price was that and the product had gone up. I thanked him and left without buying anything. It was the first and last time, I will not go back to the store again. Wasted my time and gas. UNFORTUNATE.
At the beginning of the week I bought the Revolution at Cobasi Imigrantes for the same price that the clerk had told me.
