I have already informed this company that I have no interest in participating in the research they are doing and even so they insist on calling me, even on the weekend and sometimes after 8 pm. Please stop these calls!

"Sim, é rapidinho" responde ele
27 minutos depois (literalmente 27 minutos), questiono sobre o tempo da pesquisa, e sou informado que está acabando, só mais 2 minutos.
A ligação cai, voltam a ligar e assim se vai 30 minutos de uma pesquisa "rápida"
Acho que tava com muita paciência neste dia...
"Is the search quick?" I ask the attendant
"Yes, it's quick" he replies
27 minutes later (literally 27 minutes), I ask about the research time, and I am informed that it is running out, just 2 more minutes.
The call goes down, they call back, and then 30 minutes of a "quick" search goes on.
I think I was very patient this day ...

Disse que seria uma pesquisa de 5 minutos e enquanto eu externava minha opinião sobre a empresa a qual a atendente estava pesquisando, ela interrompia meu raciocínio para tentar transcrever o que eu estava dizendo, bagunçando todo o meu raciocínio. Ou grava, ou manda a pesquisa pelo e.mail.
For the love of God. Train your attendants. She said it would be a 5-minute survey, and as I dismissed my opinion of the company the investigator was researching, she interrupted my reasoning to try to transcribe what I was saying, messing up my whole reasoning. Either save or send the search by e-mail.
