★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, comprei um balão no gás hélio as 11:30 e plena 13:00 o balão já caiu, liguei na loja e a gerente insiste em dizer que a culpa é minha de ter exposto o balão a calor, sendo que o balão estava na sala sem calor nenhum, em nenhum momento resolveu o meu problema queria me cobrar uma nova recarga sendo que não fazia nem duas horas que eu tinha saído da loja, óbvio que o balão não foi exposto ao calor senão ele teria estourado, já comprei balão em outras lojas que duraram 3 a 4 dias então o problema é o balão ou gás que eles usam, enfim R$ 38,00 jogados no lixo
Lousy service, I bought a helium balloon at 11:30 am and at 1:00 pm the balloon has already dropped, I called the store and the manager insists that it is my fault for exposing the balloon to heat, since the balloon was in the room without any heat, at no time solved my problem I wanted to charge me for a new recharge and it was not even two hours since I left the store, obviously that the balloon was not exposed to heat otherwise it would have burst, I already bought a balloon in other stores that lasted 3 to 4 days then the problem is the balloon or gas they use, in short R $ 38.00 thrown in the trash

Sempre compro balões no gás hélio e quando pago para personalizar o obvio é que a mão de obra já esta incluso, porem além da personalização paguei essa mão de obra que não me foi informada no orçamento, somente na hr que fui pagar na loja. Fiz aqui pois foi urgente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento presencial não é dos melhores e no whatsapp não respondem. Tentei várias vezes perguntar se havia alguns produtos na loja. Se não querem atender via whatsapp deveriam não informar número para contato.
