Realizei a compra no mês de dezembro e foi entregue com uma semana de atraso e só entregaram porque tive que ficar em cima mandei vários e-mails e tentei varias vezes por telefone que não teve sucesso, primeiro dizia que o numero não existia, depois funcionava e quando atendiam era uma barulhada que não dava para entender nada e na ultima vez que atenderam o funcionário ficou rindo e fazendo graça uma falta de respeito o contato de Whatsap não é profissional, pois a menina era super seca e nunca estava na empresa quando eu mandava mensagem, ou visualizava e não respondia. Depois de entregue tive que conferir caneta por caneta porque vieram varias com defeitos e mal acabadas, tive que arcar com um motoboy para devolver as canetas com defeito porque eles não retiravam e depois demorou quase um mês para devolver essas que foram para arrumar. De início o atendente Phelipe foi muito simpático, me atendeu super rápido, me enviou um layout de como iria ficar e tudo, mas depois que aprovamos o orçamento foi só preocupação. Depois de muita dor de cabeça a Sueli entrou em contato comigo super educada e resolveu meu problema e entregou o que faltava, talvez se a Sueli tivesse me atendido antes teria tido outra visão, mas caso contrario não recomendo.

I made the purchase in the month of December and it was delivered a week late and they only delivered because I had to stay on top I sent several emails and tried several times by phone which was unsuccessful, first it said that the number did not exist, then it worked and when they answered there was a noise that I couldn't understand anything and the last time they answered the employee was laughing and making fun a lack of respect the whatsapp contact is not professional, because the girl was super dry and was never in the company when I I sent a message, or viewed and did not respond. After delivery I had to check pen by pen because several came with defects and poorly finished, I had to pay a motoboy to return the defective pens because they did not remove them and then it took almost a month to return those that were to be fixed. At first, the attendant Phelipe was very friendly, he answered me super fast, he sent me a layout of how it would look and everything, but after we approved the budget it was just a concern. After a lot of headache Sueli got in touch with me super polite and solved my problem and delivered what was missing, maybe if Sueli had attended me before I would have had another vision, but otherwise I don't recommend it.
