Um ambiente familiar seguro com tranquilidade para levar as crianças, pois tem quadra de esporte e bastante área livre para as crianças correrem. Além disso oferece possibilidade de estacionamento para os carros.
An excellent condominium to spend the weekend or even the holidays, with swimming pool, a barbecue deck, close to the beach and next to the lagoon that divides Icaraí and Cumbuco. A safe family environment with tranquility to take the children, as it has a sports court and plenty of free area for children to run. It also offers the possibility of parking for cars.
