Além do atendimento excelente de todos, o quarto é bem aconchegante, climatizado, também é bem próximo ao comércio local. Dá pra ir em qualquer lugar apenas caminhando.
Minha hospedagem ainda não acabou, mas com certeza qdo voltar aqui em RN me hospedarei aqui novamente.

In addition to the excellent service from everyone, the room is very cozy, air-conditioned, it is also very close to local shops. You can go anywhere just by walking.
My stay is not over yet, but for sure when I come back here in RN I will stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Hotel abandonado. Cama de casal com lençol de solteiro, encardido, amarelado e tão fino q dava pra ver por ele. Travesseiro parece de criança. Cheiro horrível no quarto. Café da manhã, meu Deus . Tentei comer no primeiro dia,no segundo já fomos na padaria. Chave da porta do nosso quarto sempre emperrava . Não recomendo a ninguém. Na verdade como nosso voo foi cancelado a empresa Azul nos jogou nesse Hotel horrível.
Awful. Abandoned hotel. Double bed with single sheet, grimy, yellowed and so thin you could see through it. Pillow looks like a child. Horrible smell in the room. Breakfast, my God. I tried to eat on the first day, on the second we went to the bakery. Our room door key kept getting stuck. I don't recommend it to anyone. In fact as our flight was canceled the Blue company threw us in this horrible Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, paguei pelo quarto com vista para o mar e ficamos num quarto no terrio que a única vista era pra os carros estacionados no hotel.
Quarto sujo com lençóis amarelados, em um dos dias solicitamos serviço de quarto ao meio dia e foi negado pois a moça responsável tinha saído às 11h, sendo que foi deixado bem claro que poderia ser solicitado limpeza das 9h até às 16h.
A noite fiz um pedido no Ifood e quando o entregador chegou ao hotel não tinha ninguém na recepção para que eu podesse sair pra receber a entrega, trancaram o hotel e sumiram, isso pouco depois das 10h.
Terrible, I paid for the room with a view of the sea and we stayed in a room in the terrio where the only view was of the cars parked at the hotel.
Dirty room with yellowed sheets, on one of the days we requested room service at noon and it was denied because the girl in charge had left at 11 am, and it was made very clear that cleaning could be requested from 9 am to 4 pm.
At night I placed an order at Ifood and when the delivery man arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception so I could go out to receive the delivery, they locked the hotel and disappeared, shortly after 10 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só vamos dar duas estrelas devido os rapazes da recepção, são atenciosos.
As mulheres estavam sempre mal-humorada.
•Sobre o quarto com uma cama de casal lençol de solteiro, saia o tempo todo do colchão, uma coberta preta com aspecto de sujo, a cortina do quarto suja, embaixo da cama com lixo, parecia que não limpavam, estava bem sujo.
• O banheiro com um cheiro horrível de esgoto, e espalhava para o todo o ambiente, não conseguíamos ficar muito tempo no quarto, tivemos que comprar pinhosol e uma escovinha para higienizar o banheiro.
•No ato do checkout eles informaram de uma taxa opcional de $2,00 por dia.
• Onde ficamos não tem TV SMART e sem sinal do Wi-Fi.
•Não tem secador no banheiro, terá que solicitar na recepção, o hotel dispõe apenas 1 para todos os hóspedes
• O café da manhã, caso goste de ovos, terá que pedir.
Além 10 km de Ponta Negra bem longe

We will only give two stars because the guys at the reception are attentive.
Women were always grumpy.
•On the bedroom with a double bed, single sheet, all the time come out of the mattress, a black cover with a dirty look, the dirty bedroom curtain, under the bed with garbage, it looked like they didn't clean it, it was very dirty.
• The bathroom had a horrible smell of sewage, and it spread to the whole environment, we couldn't stay in the room for long, we had to buy pine sun and a brush to sanitize the bathroom.
•At checkout they informed of an optional fee of $2.00 per day.
• Where we stayed there is no SMART TV and no Wi-Fi signal.
• There is no hairdryer in the bathroom, you will have to request it at reception, the hotel has only 1 for all guests
• Breakfast, if you like eggs, you will have to order.
