★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o contato e fui informado que teria cobertura para minha região, preparei toda documentação, assinei os contratos e quando o técnico foi instalar, fui informado que não seria possível pois ainda não tinha fibra ótica instalada para a região. O detalhe é que como eu já tinha confiado na informação que seria possível instalar, já fiz o cancelamento do outro provedor, e agora a empresa me deixou na mão... que falta de profissionalismo.....
I made the contact and was informed that I would have coverage for my region, I prepared all the documentation, signed the contracts and when the technician went to install, I was informed that it would not be possible as there was still no optical fiber installed for the region. The detail is that as I had already trusted the information that would be possible to install, I already canceled the other provider, and now the company let me down... what a lack of professionalism......

Undoubtedly the worst service I've ever used horrible rude technicians a terrible service total disrespect to the customer service doesn't work just terrible.

Forjou-se cobrança de um "conector/plug" que teria sido utilizado pelo técnico na ocasião da retirada do aparelho/fiação após cancelamento do serviço e respectiva quitação. Empresa age contra boa fé!!! Depois de solicitar o cancelamento do serviço; ter pago as taxas e, o técnico ter retirado o equipamento e a fiação, três meses depois a tal brisanet forjou cobrança de um "conector/plug" alegando ter sido utilizado pelo técnico na ocasião da retirada do equipamento.
brisanet acts against good faith!!! A charge was forged for a "connector/plug" that would have been used by the technician when the device/wiring was removed after canceling the service and the respective discharge. Company acts against good faith!!! After requesting service cancellation; having paid the fees and, the technician having removed the equipment and wiring, three months later such brisanet forged a charge for a "connector/plug" claiming to have been used by the technician at the time of removal of the equipment.
