★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Não sou cliente deles, mas, mesmo assim cortaram o cabo de minha operadora, sem explicação, deixaram-me sem acesso ao trabalho, usaram de má conduta profissional comigo e nada fizeram para compensar meu prejuízo e constrangimento.
Horrible. I am not a client of them, but even so they cut my operator's cable, without explanation, left me without access to work, used professional misconduct with me and did nothing to compensate for my loss and embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?CUIDADO? Provedor lixo, se pudesse dava 0. Empresa totalmente sem compromisso com o cliente. Vem prestando um serviço de péssima qualidade. Se você tem algum problema para resolver então se preparem pois, só tem um único número disponível para contato que é de uma central, que simplesmente não resolvem seu problema. Se vc precisa de suporte técnico, a informação sempre é a mesma "todos os atendentes estão ocupados" e desligam a ligação. Sem falar que trocam o valor do plano regulamente para novos assinantes mas, para você que é cliente antigo, não tem nem o respeito ou a consideração de informar ou fazer a baixa automática, ou seja, você paga mais caro pelo mesmo serviço. Outra se vc precisa da troca do aparelho por defeito, nem se animem pois a troca é por outro pior, velho e sujo. FIQUEM LIGADOS.
