Decepcionada, deixei minha escova alisadora, depois de mais de 30 dias me pediram para ir buscar, na hora de fazer o teste, apresentava o mesmo defeito. Sem contar no atendimento pelo whatsapp pior ainda! Não indico para ninguém!

Disappointed, I left my straightening brush, after more than 30 days I was asked to go get it, when I took the test, I had the same defect. Not to mention the service through whatsapp even worse! I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para acionar a garantia de uma fritadeira Oster comprada em junho. Eles informaram que a garantia era só de 3 meses e teria que pagar o serviço. Passaram o endereço e pediram pra eu ir até eles. Eu entrei em contato com a Oster e falaram que a garantia é de 1 ano, e não de 3 meses como eles informaram. Retornei informando que a garantia é de 1 ano, e mesmo assim insistem em dizer que a garantia é de 3 meses. Liguei para outra assistência e na hora falaram que estava dentro da garantia de 1 ano.
Todo cuidado é pouco, imagina se tivesse ido lá e pago pelo serviço?
E ainda se acham na razão. Nem pra se desculpar e dizer que vão entrar em contato com a Oster pra confirmar o prazo da garantia.

I contacted them to trigger the warranty on an Oster fryer purchased in June. They informed that the warranty was only for 3 months and they would have to pay for the service. They gave me the address and asked me to go to them. I contacted Oster and they said the warranty is 1 year, not 3 months as they reported. I returned stating that the warranty is 1 year, and even so they insist on saying that the warranty is 3 months. I called for another assistance and at the time they said it was within the 1 year warranty.
You can't be too careful, imagine if you had gone there and paid for the service?
And they are still in reason. Not even to apologize and say they're going to contact Oster to confirm the warranty period.
It wasn't professional, I don't recommend it!
