★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO essa imobiliária. os problemas que tive com o aluguel do imóvel foram muitos, tantos que eu perdia a paciência, principalmente com a funcionária Carol que é: incompetente, mal educada, grosseira, arrogante entre outros "adjetivos". Me tiravam tanto do sério que eu também agia de forma grosseira e arrogante. os problemas INÚMEROS : boletos - que enviavam errado o valor ou as vezes não enviavam, quando está próximo ao pagamento do boleto vem email cobrando o aluguel 3 dias antes do vencimento qdo passa o dia do vencimento e o boleto já foi pago, continua chegando email cobrando o que já foi pago. Essa imobiliária me alugou um imóvel que dava enchente em época de chuva, CUIDADO: se alugarem um imóvel com essa imobiliária pergunte para os vizinhos se dá enchente no local. Os funcionários tem o hábito de afirmar que o locatário não comunicou o que havia comunicado, portanto, qualquer problema, o mínimo que for, envie TUDO POR EMAIL, para que fique registrado. Mas, o ápice da ignominia foi a vistoria de saída muito cuidado, acompanhem atentamente e detalhadamente tanto a vistoria de entrada quanto a vistoria de saída. Fui cobrada por danos que não tinha a menor ideia, por exemplo, mofo embaixo da pia devido a falhas no rejunte da pia, ora não vistoriei o rejunte da pia na entrada! Exija que o imóvel seja pintado, pq vc terá que pintar o imóvel na entrega. O mais grava: não apresentam notas fiscais nem valores dos materiais usados para reparar os danos do imóvel na entrega, simplesmente apresentam o valor total e o locatário tem que aceitar. Enfim, meu conselho não aluguem imóvel nesse lugar, mas se não tiver outra opção leiam atentamente o contrato de locação e na vistoria de entrada olhe tudo detalhadamente armários, portas, gavetas, corrediça das gavetas, mofo nos armários, TUDO DETALHADAMENTE SEM EXCEÇÃO.
