Dei instruções claras para entrega desde o início do pedido, o entregador não as seguiu (o que me fez esperar mais) e quando chegou entregou o pedido, mas esqueceu a maquineta para o pagamento, me fazendo ir e voltar até a porta enquanto a comida esfriava. Enquanto isso a atendente do WhatsApp, em vez de oferecer algum tipo de compensação, tentou me responsabilizar pelo erro dela e simplesmente disse "desculpa". Péssima experiência.
Their proposal is good, however, they are extremely disorganized. I gave clear instructions for delivery from the beginning of the order, the deliveryman did not follow them (which made me wait longer) and when he arrived he delivered the order, but forgot the dope for payment, making me go and go back to the door while the food cooled. Meanwhile, the WhatsApp attendant, instead of offering some kind of compensation, tried to blame me for her mistake and simply said "sorry". Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dei uma estrela porque cumpriram o horário. A batata veio fria e murcha, o lanche totalmente frio, o pão do lanche mais seco que o clima do Pará. Até agora não entendi o porquê o lanche veio tão gelado se moro próximo ao lanche ... ? Fiquei decepcionada! ?
I only gave one star because they kept the schedule. The potato came cold and wilted, the snack was totally cold, the snack bread was drier than the climate in Pará. So far I didn't understand why the snack came so cold if I live next to the snack ... ? I was disappointed! ?
