★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos um pedido há uma semana e gostamos muito... repetimos o pedido hoje e rasgamos dinheiro.
Os espetinhos estavam crus, questionei e disseram que era o ponto da casa... coração de frango e linguiça não têm como comer cru.
Pedimos também dois sanduíches, só veio um...um deles era o Catuppeper que veio sem catupiry e a geleia de pimenta. Pedimos bem passado, no meio estava cru, pedimos partido ao meio e nada...para que perguntar ao cliente o que ele quer se não vai atender? Era melhor não perguntar...
Disseram que no próximo pedido vão dar uma atenção ultra especial... não devem saber que confiança quando se perder não é tão simples de reestabelecer.
We placed an order a week ago and liked it so much... we repeated the order today and ripped money.
The skewers were raw, I questioned and they said that was the point of the house... chicken hearts and sausage cannot be eaten raw.
We also ordered two sandwiches, only one came...one of them was the Catuppeper which came without catupiry and the pepper jelly. We ordered it well done, in the middle it was raw, we ordered it cut in half and nothing... why ask the customer what he wants if he won't answer it? It was better not to ask...
They said that in the next order they will pay extra special attention... they must not know that trust when it is lost is not so easy to restore.
