★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone, liguei uma vez e fiquei 7 minutos na fila de espera, desliguei e tentei novamente. Agora me encontro a mais de 10 minutos e até agora sem atendimento.
 Bad phone service, I called once and stayed in the queue for 7 minutes, hung up and tried again. Now I am more than 10 minutes and so far without assistance.

Excellent place to take a blood test in Campo Grande. I recommend!! Whenever I needed to do blood tests I had a great service and it was always very easy to receive test results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora na entrega do resultado dos exames de ressonância ,pois somente uma funcionária para esse serviço e sem atendimento prioritário.
No dia que fui tive que pedir várias vezes que colocassem mais alguém para ajuda - lá pois tínhamos consulta e com horário em outro município. E a pessoa estava com dores.
Agradeço as atendentes que se disponibilizaram a me ajudar, pessoalmente e por telefone antecipando a entrega dos exames e se sensibilizando.
Much delay in delivering the results of the MRI exams, as only one employee for this service and without priority care.
On the day I went, I had to ask several times to put someone else in for help - there because we had an appointment and with a schedule in another municipality. And the person was in pain.
I am grateful to the attendants who offered to help me, personally and by phone, anticipating the delivery of the exams and raising awareness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou à precisamente, 25 minutos ao telefone aguardando, para fazer agendamento domiciliar, para exame de sangue, pois estou impossibilitada de fazê-lo presencial, já não é primeira vez que isto acontece.
Aguardo providências, pois o exame é urgente.
Espero que não volte acontecer, nada justifica esse mau atendimento.
Obrigada.
Chega de brincar com saúde.

Apesar dos bancos estarem demarcados, é permitido a entrada de pessoas além da capacidade, permitindo aglomeração de pessoas em pé.
Regras para inglês ver, assim como na maioria dos lugares neste RJ.
A demora no guiche é absurda. Demora mais assinando papéis e atualização de cadastro do que no exame propriamente dito.
Bronstein em campo grande é uma bagunça, na zona sul tudo funciona.
This place does not respect the distance rules for the covid.
Despite the fact that the banks are demarcated, people are allowed to enter beyond capacity, allowing people to stand up.
Rules for English to see, as well as in most places in this RJ.
The delay at the counter is absurd. It takes more time signing papers and updating registration than in the exam itself.
Bronstein in campo grande is a mess, in the south zone everything works.
