Pessimo, I scheduled a home sample, my son 5 years old and hungry the responsible person lying, very like the company gives me 25 min late and it has already been 1 ½ hours. Cowardly attitude turns off cell, central does not find the same. Finally, total lack of respect for the patient and underage. Outraged, injured and hate. M. company

Ao chegar na unidade em jejum de 12 horas e aguardar atendimento por 45 minutos, fui informado que meu plano não era aceito!
Uma total falta de respeito e organização!
Saí de lá a pé e fui até o Sérgio Franco e fiz meus exames!
I called twice to schedule an exam and confirm that my plan was accepted, both times they confirmed and scheduled my exam!
Upon arriving at the unit on a 12-hour fast and waiting for care for 45 minutes, I was informed that my plan was not accepted!
A total lack of respect and organization!
I left there on foot and went to Sérgio Franco and did my exams!
