★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em plena pândemia colocam TODOS juntos pra coleta. Eu gestante, tinha do meu lado pessoas COM SINTOMAS pra fazer PCR. E pra piorar, agora liguei pra agendar coleta domiciliar e fui informada que o serviço está suspenso. Quando mais os clientes do grupo de risco precisam se resguardar vcs SUSPENDEM A COLETA DOMICILIAR?????? Ou seja, o cliente que se lasque. Péssimo atendimento. Já era ruim, ficou ainda pior. Quem puder, busque os outros laboratórios que a cidade oferece. Eles continuar com a coleta domiciliar, respeitam o cliente.
In the middle of a pandemic, they put ALL together for collection. As a pregnant woman, I had people with SYMPTOMS on my side to undergo PCR. And to make matters worse, now I called to schedule home collection and was informed that the service is suspended.
