★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tem lugares onde se trata cliente pelo que ele tem.Paguei um combo onde nem tive tudo que paguei no combo e o atendimento achei seletivo demais.
Edit 1: Acho que realmente vc não sabe quem são suas clientes,pois o único lugar que fiquei só foi na montagem do biquíni que por sinal amei quem montou o meu biquíni e mostrei meu descontentamento na saída,pois lá em cima falei que tinha pago o pacote completo de bronze e mesmo faltando a massagem não ligaram,então falei na recepção e queriam que eu voltasse só o fazer a massagem,porém tinha compromisso e não daria tempo.
Outra coisa,aplicaram o banho de lua em mim,onde a moça que estava limpando lá que falou que já estava bom pra tirar,pois só aplicaram e deixaram lá,então posso dizer que o atendimento é seletivo sim.
Mas não posso negar que o espaço é bonito e quanto a massagem que não foi feita no combo que paguei resolvi deixar pra lá.

Edit 1: I think you really don't know who your customers are, because the only place I stayed was in the bikini fitting which by the way I loved whoever fitted my bikini and I showed my displeasure on the way out, because upstairs I said I had paid the complete bronze package and even lacking the massage they didn't call, so I spoke at reception and they wanted me to come back just to do the massage, but I had an appointment and there wasn't time.
Another thing, they applied the moon bath on me, where the girl who was cleaning there said it was okay to take it off, because they just applied it and left it there, so I can say that the service is selective, yes.
But I can't deny that the space is beautiful and as for the massage that wasn't done in the combo I paid for, I decided to leave it alone.
