★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products and fine ingredients ... Shame the service is so substandard (yet the prices are really upmarket) !!! Despite the amount of people there to work their training is.pretty bad. You have to beg for their attention! They occasionally run out of basics like their overpriced draft beer. Other times, like.the last one, they inform you of a supposed promotion going on (happy hour on beer.... yet, by the time you're ready to order, about 5 mins later, they realised that promo's cut-off time "ended 10 mins earlier..... And we are regulars!!! Awful waste of space
