★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei com barbeiro Laécio as 14h para ser atendido com 2 dias de antecedência. Sem me perguntar se poderia, ele me escreve e manda eu ir as 14:30 na noite seguinte, eu tinha horário pra trabalhar mas 30 minutos pensei, tudo bem. Resulta que ele manda eu ir 14:30 porque havia marcado depois com outro cliente para ir no meu horário, pior, chego lá e me faz esperar mais 30 minutos. Qnd fui reclamar pela falta de profissionalismo sem faltar o respeito, ao invés dele se desculpar ou explicar, disse que nao iria perder um corte “por minha causa” com tom agressivo e super mal educado. Acabou perdendo o corte e um cliente . Esse foi o segundo problema com a Barbearia, em outra ocasião, outro rapaz me atendeu, eu pedi pra ele fazer um corte específico, qnd vejo ele ta fazendo um corte completamente diferente, qnd eu pergunto se ele sabia qual era o corte que eu havia pedido ele diz que não. Oi? A gente da uma segunda chance mas qnd falta profissionalismo em um local, fica difícil. Última vez, nao piso mais la.
I made an appointment with Laécio at 2pm to be attended 2 days in advance. Without asking me if he could, he writes to me and tells me to go at 2:30 pm the next night, I had time to work but 30 minutes I thought, okay. It turns out that he tells me to go at 2:30 pm because he had made an appointment with another client to go to my schedule, worse, I get there and make me wait another 30 minutes. Qnd I went to complain about the lack of professionalism without lacking respect, instead of apologizing or explaining, I said I would not miss a cut “because of me” with an aggressive and super rude tone. He ended up losing the cut and a client. This was the second problem with the Barber Shop, on another occasion, another guy attended to me, I asked him to make a specific cut, when I see him doing a completely different cut, when I ask if he knew what cut I had request he says no. Hey? We give it a second chance but when there is a lack of professionalism in a place, it is difficult. Last time, I won't step on it anymore.
