★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pedido chegou com os dois lacres violados. Liguei diversas vezes e só dava ocupado. Chamei no chat do iFood, fiquei 30min esperando, e não me responderam.
Minha nota 1 é pelo atendimento (inexistente). O pedido chegar com problemas faz parte, mas não ter nenhum suporte da empresa, sem saber o que fazer, se desistia e pedia em outro lugar, isso é ruim demais.
The order arrived with the two seals broken. I called several times and just got busy. I called the iFood chat, I was waiting 30min, and they didn't answer me.
My grade 1 is for the service (nonexistent). The request to arrive with problems is part, but not having any support from the company, not knowing what to do, if I gave up and asked elsewhere, this is too bad.

E o atendente me indicou cancelar.
I placed the order, 30 minutes later I went to pick it up and the pizza wasn't even made.
And the attendant told me to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei pedido pelo ifood e simplesmente não respondem no chat, pedido com quase 1h de atraso e não se consegue nenhum retorno da pizzaria, seja telefone ou chat. Um descaso com o cliente.
I made an order through ifood and they just don't respond in chat, order with almost 1 hour late and no return from the pizzeria, either phone or chat. A disregard for the customer.
