Atendimento por telefone é lento, leva mais de 10 minutos pra responder, quando responde é com esses feitas, duas horas de espera e acabei cancelando meu pedido, disse que meu pedido estava a caminho eu moro a 5 minutos do local deles isso caminhando, imagina de moto mas obrigada já sei que não dá pra pedir aí mais
My experience? Telephone service is slow, it takes more than 10 minutes to answer, when answering is with these made, two hours of waiting and I ended up canceling my order, said my order was on the way I live 5 minutes from their place walking, imagine motorcycle but thanks I know you can not ask there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente super ignorante, tempo de espera é absurda, o lanche é ótimo mas o atendimento é péssimo super desorganizado. Eles não tem compromisso com o cliente. Eles mesmos cancelam o pedido e sem te avisar.
Super ignorant attendant, waiting time is absurd, the snack is great but the service is very disorganized. They have no commitment to the customer. They cancel the order themselves and without telling you.
