Paguei a mensalidade, depois de 5 dias do pagamento tive que fazer uma viagem urgente, pedi para o dono da academia trancar minha matrícula para eu continuar treinando lá quando voltasse, ele disse que não podia fazer nada, resumo, paguei o mês, treinei 5 dias e perdi o dinheiro do mês todo, a minha mensalidade e a da minha esposa. Péssimo profissional, só pensou no bolso dele e o aluno que se lasque e pague de novo quando voltar. Perdeu 4 alunos, pq além de sair eu e minha esposa, perdeu mais 2 alunos que iriam treinar la com a gente. Poderia ter visto o lado do aluno e ter negociado. Hoje treinamos os 4 em outra academia na avenida imperador, que o dono já é mais inteligente e se importa com o aluno. Brother's Gym nunca mais!!!
Small gym, lots of shouting and the owner doesn't care to keep the student. I paid the monthly fee, after 5 days of payment I had to make an urgent trip, I asked the owner of the gym to lock my registration so I could continue training there when I got back, he said he couldn't do anything, in short, I paid for the month, I trained 5 days and lost the entire month's money, my monthly fee and my wife's. Terrible professional, he only thought about his pocket and the student who breaks and pays again when he comes back. Lost 4 students, because in addition to leaving my wife and I, lost 2 more students who would train there with us. I could have seen the student side and negotiated. Today we train the 4 of them at another gym on Avenida Emperor, where the owner is already smarter and cares about the student. Brother's Gym never again!!!
