★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente quero agradecer a família Cruz que de maneira ímpar tratou da questão como se fôssemos da mesma família.
Relato:
Problema 01: O veículo já apresentava problemas com o ABS e alerta de reparo a algum tempo, em diversas oficinas tratavam da questão com a mesma retórica ensaiada, de que deveria os sensores do ABS ou até mesmo a bomba. Os gastos só iam se acumulando pois uma bomba para sistema ABS Custa em média R$3.450,00 sem contar com a mão de obra.
Problema 02: Foi detectado no motor que a tubulação de alimentação do combustível do motor estava com uma avaria muito séria, podendo acarretar um incêndio pelo vazamento de combustível sobre o motor. A tubulação custa em média R$1.200,00 .
Resolução: Entrei em contato com Irmãos Cruz
Onde fui extremamente bem atendido de imediato pela Cris, que nos auxiliou de imediato. Depois do agendamento fui atendido pelo Tico que se deslocou aonde estava o veículo e recomendou a remoção para oficina para verificar com precisão o que acontecia com o Sistema de ABS . O profissionalismo e a honestidade foi sem igual, literalmente ele me poupou um gasto absurdo onde outros supostos profissionais queriam tirar vantagem de maneira inescrupulosa. A questão da tubulação de combustível foi resolvida de maneira humanitária sem igual, eles detectaram que estava sendo realizado o RECALL da peça defeituosa do motor mobilizaram Contatos e endereços das concessionárias, fornecendo todo suporte sem visar somente lucro e o ganho próprio. Onde muitos teriam tirado vantagem.

Me mandaram mensagem depois perguntado se estava tudo ok. Muito atenciosos, prestativos. Gostei demais do atendimento da Cris e do tico.

Meu carro tinha barulhos na suspensão e foram trocados 2 terminais de direção e 2 Bieletas e depois ainda precisei trocar a bateria do meu carro também. Deixar registrado além da eficiência e atenção, a rapidez do trabalho. Eu mais que recomendo eles e com ctz serão minha mecânica de confiança!
I needed to do some repairs on my Honda Fit 2004, I just wanted to let you know how the Irmãos Cruz people always give you proper attention! My car had noises in the suspension and 2 steering terminals and 2 connecting rods were changed and then I still needed to change my car battery too.
