★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do açaí/lanche , por ultimamente tenho problemas com a retirada , demora muito sempre vou no horário para retirada que o aplicativo fornece , chegando lá parece que começam a ser feitos no momento em que chegamos. A Penúltima vez demorou + de 30 minutos do tempo previsto para retirada , sorte que estava de carro com minha sobrinha pequena . Acho que deveriam trabalhar mais para agilizar essa parte , pois a retirada já e para cliente não esperar tanto como em uma previsão de entrega de 50/60 minutos , porém tá dando na mesma. Não está compensando.
I really like the açaí/snack, lately I have problems with the withdrawal, it takes a long time, I always go at the time for withdrawal that the application provides, getting there seems to start being made by the time we arrive. The penultimate time took 30+ minutes of the allotted time to pick up, so I was driving with my little niece. I think they should work more to streamline this part, as the withdrawal is now and for the client not to wait as long as in a delivery forecast of 50/60 minutes, but it's doing the same thing. It's not paying off.
