Isso é um absurdo, como entro em contato com vocês?

Fincionária que atende o telefone muito grosseira.
Cancelaram meu pedido mesmo sem o item da promoção e nem me avisadam nada.
Resumindo atendimento péssimo ainda bem que nem chevuei a receber.

I PLACED MY ORDER THROUGH THE APP, IT TOOK AN HOUR AND WHEN I WENT TO VERO CHAT, IT HAD THOUSANDS OF QUESTION MARKS AND I WAS NOT IN THE APP TO SEE IF THERE WAS A MESSAGE OR NOT. AND WHEN I SENT A MESSAGE, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MOTOBOY WAS IN FRONT OF MY ESTABLISHMENT AND HAD NOT FOUND IT, WHEN ACTUALLY HE DIDN'T READ THAT IT WAS ABOUT THE FIRST FLOOR OR HE DIDN'T COME. THE PERSON WHO ATTENDED ME IN THE CHAT, MADE UP, DEBATED, OFFENDED AND TRIED TO HUMILATE SAYING THAT THEY DON'T NEED CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. I HAVE ALL THE PRINTS SAVED. BAD SERVICE AND BAD EDUCATION WHERE THE CUSTOMER HAS NO REASON FOR THEM. DETAIL, I'M AT MY WORK 200M FROM THAT HAMBURGUERIA THAT I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GO NEAR IT. THE SERVICE IN THE IFOOD CHAT IS AWESOME.
