A profissional me atendeu com um extremo mau humor, não sei se ela estava passando mal, com fome, dor, problemas, mas naquele momento achei melhor não entrar no detalhe.
Não tirou as cutículas direito o esmalte no dia seguinte já estava todo estragado, soltando, pois ela não lixou as unhas direito. Nos pés passou a base em um e no outro não. Enfim imc caos. Vou pagar outra profissional para refazer o serviço mal feito.
Não sei se a culpa é da empresa ou da funcionária, mas eu cliente sai completamente insatisfeita.

Além da pouca disposição em de fato resolver o problema, me responderam que entrariam em contato com a gerente para resolver. Estou esperando a resposta da gerente até hoje. Foi dinheiro jogado fora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um acontecimento terrível no salão…. Realizei o procedimento de pedicure e minhas unhas ficaram inflamadas por mais de 1 semana… entrei em contato com o salão/gerente e até hoje estou esperando ela me retornar… uma vergonha. Decepcionada.
