★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Ice Coffee é maravilhoso porém o atendimento foi ruim, as funcionárias parecem sofrer por atender, as expressões das suas caras são tristes e mal-humoradas. Não voltaria nem recomendaria e moro a 300 metros.
Melhor pegar um brownie para viagem!
The Ice Coffee is wonderful but the service was bad, the employees seem to suffer from it, the expressions on their faces are sad and moody. I would not return or recommend and live 300 meters away.
Better get a brownie to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ontem dia 18/02/2021 estive nesta loja (brownieria humaitá) pedindo uma torta pequena de chocolate amargo, foi dito que chegaru=ia hoje e se eu desejava fazer reserva, Fiz a reserva pra hoje..
hoje ãs 15:20 liguei avisando que passaria ãs 18:00h.
Cheguei um pouco antes e qual foi munha surpresa, haviam vendido a torta .Estou completamente descrente do profissionalismo deste local. FALTA de PALAVRA, FALTA DE COMPROMISSO.
Espero que isto não aconteça com outras pessoas.
Gostaria de dar nome a funcionária que não se preocupou com a PALAVRA. .
yesterday 02/18/2021 I was in this store (brownieria humaitá) asking for a small bitter chocolate pie, it was said that it arrived today and if I wanted to make a reservation, I made the reservation for today.

Sabe aquele chocolate com gosto de gordura hidrogenada, pois bem, é o chocolate do Ovo do Brownie do Luiz. Realmente não tenho muita coisa a falar, a não ser que, o que mais valeu a pena foi a lata, pq o conteúdo foi direto pro lixo.
Nunca achei o Brownie em si um espetáculo, mas confesso que está longe de ser ruim. Agora o ovo, realmente tem que ser reformulado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já conhecia outra unidade da Browneria e me apaixonei. Hoje fui em Botafogo e tive a oportunidade de conhecer essa unidade. Desde o início já fui me agradando com a recepção do rapaz que estava trabalhando, muito bem humorado e educado. E como de costume, pude saborear um dos melhores brownie que eu já comi. Muito gostoso e saboroso. Só fiquei triste que não tinha a soda italiana no momento.
Mas fora isso, eu super recomendo!.
I already knew another Browneria unit and fell in love. Today I went to Botafogo and had the opportunity to get to know this unit. From the beginning I was pleased with the reception of the guy who was working, very humorous and polite. And as usual, I got to taste one of the best brownies I've ever had. Very tasty and tasty.
