★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito bonito, ambiente bem tranquilo e aconchegante, o hambúrguer é muito gostoso um dos melhores que já comi por aí, suculento e no ponto, bem caprichado, o preço está na média das hambuerias desse nível. Segue um padrão de fast good, você compra e depois pega o seu pedido que é avisado por um sensor que vibra e apita. Não tem estacionamento e o atendimento foi muito bom, recomendadissimo.
Everything is very nice, very quiet and cozy, the hamburger is very tasty, one of the best I've ever eaten around, juicy and spot on, very neat, the price is in the average of the hamburgers of this level. It follows a fast good pattern, you buy and then take your order, which is notified by a sensor that vibrates and beeps. There is no parking and the service was very good, recomendadissimo.

Pedi tbm o huramaki de Waguiw, simplesmente incrível, além do guioza de cupim que com certeza deveria estar em todos os rodízios japoneses kkkk uma dica coloque ele na sua dica de restaurantes pra ir pelo menos uma vez na vida. E por favor abram uma unidade em São Bernardo do campo!!
Without a shadow of a doubt, the best hamburger in São Paulo, juicy hamburger in the right spot and tasty. I also ordered the Waguiw huramaki, simply amazing, in addition to the termite guioza that should certainly be in all Japanese rodízios kkkk a tip put it in your restaurant tip to go at least once in your life. And please open a unit in São Bernardo do Campo!!

Estão de parabéns pelos lanches, são realmente muito bons e a criatividade dos pratos merece muitos aplausos, pois combinam super bem os ingredientes da culinária asiática com a proposta dos hamburguer. Sensacional pessoal, atendimento ótimo o rapaz me deu a sugestão e pedi o hamburguer de camarão, nota mil. Veio quentinho e bem apresentável! A batata estava um tiquinho mais salgada mas nada com que se preocupar, isso é apenas um ajuste fino. Mais uma vez parabéns pelo estabelecimento e atendimento, desejo sucesso e muitos clientes!
Everything is very organized, clean and decorated in detail! Congratulations on the snacks, they are really good and the creativity of the dishes deserves a lot of applause, as they combine very well the ingredients of Asian cuisine with the proposal of the hamburgers. Sensational staff, great service, the guy gave me the suggestion and I ordered the shrimp burger, one thousand. It came warm and very presentable! The potato was a little saltier but nothing to worry about, this is just a fine adjustment. Once again congratulations for the establishment and service, I wish you success and many customers!

Fui com um grupo de amigos no Brugi no dia 26/11/2021.
Local limpo, com poucas pessoas no dia que fomos, atendimento rápido e educado.
Eu e mais 2 pessoas pedimos o Katsu sando, eu já havia comido anteriormente o hambúrguer pelo delivery, havia achado bom, sendo que por isso resolvi comer o katsu nesse dia.
Estava esperando um sanduíche com carne de porco a milanesa sequinha, com um pouco de gordura como normalmente os sanduíches katsu sando são tradicionalmente.
A primeira mordida que dei no sanduíche senti apenas a banha de porco, gosto horrível(gordura pura) e o tempero no sanduíche em nada lembrava o do katsu sando tradicional. Outra mordida e novamente apenas a banha de porco , sem sinal de carne, acabei deixando metade do sanduíche no prato, fato que nunca ocorre, amo lanches.
Conclusão da noite, as 3 pessoas que pediram katsu sando passaram mal do estômago tendo náusea, azia e dor de estômago e hoje ainda continuamos com o estômago ruim.
Entendo que não podemos esperar o mesmo padrão de qualidade do sanduíche feito em um fast food de um restaurante tradicional já que não seria justo comparar pelo preço/tempo entretanto esse sanduíche não lembra em nada um katsu sando.
Ressalto, que não estou reclamando da higiene, o lugar parece ser bem limpo, o problema central é na carne de porco que foi utilizada para preparação do lanche. Talvez a carne não estivesse boa nesse dia em particular, mas entendo que se deve ter um padrão de qualidade mínimo.
Não tive vontade nenhuma de comer os karaage bites depois de comer metade do sanduíche porque fiquei enjoado do lanche, então não vou opinar sobre esse prato.
Para finalizar as críticas, a maionese de kimchi não tinha gosto nenhum.
Agora os pontos positivos foram a maionese de wasabi que estava gostosa e as fritas sequinhas.
Recomendo passar bemmmmmm longe do katsu sando, melhor pedir um hambúrguer de wagyu ou o harumaki!
I am making this assessment as constructive criticism.
I went with a group of friends to Brugi on 11/26/2021.
Clean place, with few people the day we went, quick and polite service.
Me and 2 other people ordered Katsu sando, I had already eaten the hamburger by delivery, I thought it was good, so I decided to eat the katsu that day.
I was expecting a sandwich with dry breaded pork, with a little bit of fat as traditionally katsu sando sandwiches are.
The first bite I took from the sandwich I only felt the lard, horrible taste (pure fat) and the seasoning in the sandwich in no way resembled the traditional katsu sando. Another bite and again just the lard, with no sign of meat, I ended up leaving half the sandwich on the plate, a fact that never happens, I love snacks.
Conclusion of the night, the 3 people who asked for katsu sando had a bad stomach with nausea, heartburn and stomach pain and today we still have a bad stomach.
I understand that we cannot expect the same quality standard of a sandwich made in a fast food restaurant of a traditional restaurant as it would not be fair to compare the price/time however this sandwich does not resemble katsu sando at all.
I emphasize that I'm not complaining about the hygiene, the place seems to be very clean, the main problem is the pork meat that was used to prepare the snack. Maybe the meat was not good on that particular day, but I understand that you should have a minimum quality standard.
I didn't feel like eating the karaage bites after eating half the sandwich because I got sick of the snack, so I'm not going to comment on this dish.
To finish off the criticisms, kimchi mayonnaise had no taste at all.
Now the good points were the wasabi mayonnaise, which was tasty, and the dry fries.
I recommend spending wellmmmmm away from katsu sando, better order a wagyu burger or harumaki!
