★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa mais que patética, nunca vi uma falta de compromisso tão grande. Marcaram a entrega da minha mesa para 00h, o que já é um absurdo, mas tudo bem, relevei. As garçonetes do meu restaurante ficaram esperando desde o fechamento do mesmo, as 22:30, até 00:30, e eu havia deixado muito claro para o Júlio, "DONO", que não era pra atrasar, pois seria sacanagem com elas. Me disse que não atrasaria de jeito nenhum. Eu mandei elas irem descansar, já que já tinha percebido o descaso. Fui receber uma mensagem as quase 2h da manhã, pasmem! E nessa mensagem, perguntava se podia receber as 4h da manhã. Lógico que estava dormindo, pois trabalho. Me ligaram as 5h da manhã, e não atendi. Estou sem a minha mesa, que já foi previamente paga, ninguém me pede desculpas e continuo tendo mais dor de cabeça a cada hora que passa. Fujam desta empresa, ridícula, descompromissada, em que profissionalismo é palavra desconhecida
A more than pathetic company, I have never seen such a lack of commitment. They scheduled the delivery of my table for 00h, which is already absurd, but that's ok, I let it go. The waitresses at my restaurant were waiting from the time it closed, at 22:30, until 00:30, and I had made it very clear to Júlio, "OWNER", that I wasn't supposed to delay, as it would be dirty with them. He told me he wouldn't be late at all. I told them to go to rest, as I had already noticed the negligence. I got a message at almost 2:00 in the morning, amazing! And in that message, I asked if I could receive it at 4:00 in the morning. Of course I was sleeping, because I work. They called me at 5:00 in the morning, and I didn't answer. I'm without my table, which has already been paid for, no one apologizes to me and I keep getting more headaches with each passing hour. Run away from this ridiculous, uncompromising company, where professionalism is an unknown word
