Pedi a troca e ela se negou a trocar me mandou ir a loja do Brás resolver, sendo que nem foi la que comprei. E o meu prejuízo como fica ? Não me atendem, e não me respondem.. Procurarei o Procon, e meus direitos. Falta de responsabilidade da empresa. Pela lei o consumidor tem o direito a troca por 7 dias ow ao reembolso.
Really bad !!!! I made a purchase for watts with the seller Bruna .. Of 11 products purchased, only 4 came as I chose. Wrong pieces in wrong colors.
