Fiz contato de todas as maneiras possiveis deixei todos os contatos e descubro que a casa foi alugada sem que tivesse a CHANCE de ver.
Falta de PROFISSIONALISMO
I'm 3 weeks trying to see a house in guapimirim and the headquarters is in magé
I made contact in every possible way I left all contacts and I find out that the house was rented without having the CHANCE to see it.

Só porque eu já tinha ligado antes perguntando sobre o aluguel das lojas do Shopping da Praça e não levei adiante por estar caro para a minha realidade ou por eu ter pedido um valor mais em conta. Obrigada pelo mau atendimento ainda bem que temos outras Imobiliária em Magé como Flávia Queiroz Imóvel que já, já, terei a minha loja em Magé sem precisar dos seus maus serviços!!!!
I called to inquire about the most affordable store rentals I want to rent, simply Bruna hung up 2x on my face! Just because I had already called before asking about renting the stores at Shopping da Praça and I did not go ahead because it was expensive for my reality or because I asked for a more affordable price. Thank you for the poor service, thankfully we have other Real Estate Agents in Magé like Flávia Queiroz Property that, already, I will have my store in Magé without needing your bad services !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhum profissionalismo, muita falta de respeito com o cliente que quer comprar ou alugar um imóvel com fiador. Pediram toda a documentação, enrolaram quase uma semana e no dia que minha tia foi lá assinar, disseram que não podia por conta da idade dela. Por que deixaram chegar a esse ponto? Por que não avisou antes que tem que tem uma idade limite para financiar ou locar um imóvel? Fez a gente se desgastar correndo atrás, pegar documentos, ficar se deslocando pra lá e pra cá, dizendo que estava tudo certo, que era só o fiador ir assinar e pronto, fez a gente criar expectativas e perder outras oportunidades, pra no final dizer que não dava??? Seus incompetentes.
No professionalism, much lack of respect with the client who wants to buy or rent a property with a guarantor. They asked for all the documentation, they rolled it for almost a week and on the day my aunt went there to sign it, they said I couldn't because of her age. Why did they let that go? Why didn't you say before that you have to have an age limit to finance or rent a property? It made us wear ourselves out, chasing documents, moving around, saying it was all right, that it was just the guarantor to sign and that's it, it made us create expectations and miss other opportunities, so in the end that couldn't ??? You incompetents.
