Decepção... falta de respeito sem tamanho
A empresa fala que não teve reclamação e não teve mensagem minha, mas mandei só pelo ifood 6 mensagens, além de ter ligado nos dois números disponíveis sem ser atendida! Vocês informam que não entregaram pq a máquina de massa quebrou, mas informaram no ifood que o pedido já havia saído e estava indo até mim... parem de jogar a culpa no cliente pela falta de responsabilidade de vocês!
Pedido entregue? Só se foi na casa da senhora AMADA.... enfim, tenho tudo registrado, vocês além de irresponsaveis tem um péssimo atendimento ao cliente!
