★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem telefone...ao chegar ao estabelecimento estava sem ninguém para atender...loja aberta mas com as portas de vidros fechadas e sem nenhum aviso do tipo 'volto logo" ... dei uma volta pelas redondezas para dar um tempo...depois de 2h se encontrava na mesma...sem ninguém!

Tem uma página no Instagram (@brunoo_celular) que está usando meu CNPJ e o nome da minha empresa e vendendo aparelhos, isso é FAKE, a loja BRUNO CELULAR não vende aparelhos, estou a 16 anos no mercado não vendo aparelhos, já tomei as devidas providências na delegacia de crimes virtuais, estou pedindo para não seguirem essa página para mais pessoas não cairem no golpe desses ladrões, pedindo para denunciarem essa página para ajudar a tirar essa página do ar, até porque minha logomarca é diferente dessa imagem que colocaram no perfil, já acionei a polícia, entrei em contato com a Tainá uma moça que infelizmente caiu no golpe para acionar a polícia e fazer um B.O também.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, troquei a tela 3 vezes por confiar em um serviço horrível, paguei as 3 vezes adiantado, a 1a vez me entregaram o celular aberto, 2a vez aberto e sem funcionar a câmera frontal, 3a vez aberto sem o touch screen e sem funcionar a câmera traseira e ainda fui informada de que fizeram reparo na placa sem minha autorização. Por fim, desisti, não voltarei nunca mais e não indico para ninguém.
Bad experience, I changed the screen 3 times for trusting a horrible service, I paid 3 times in advance, the 1st time they gave me the cell phone open, 2nd time open and the front camera doesn't work, 3rd time open without the touch screen and not working the rear camera and I was still informed that they repaired the plate without my authorization. Finally, I gave up, I will never go back and I don't recommend it to anyone.
