★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fogão no dia 17 me deram 5 dias para entregar hoje é dia 27 e nada, não me deram nenhuma satisfação, eu ligo não atendem, passei o Natal sem o fogão e ainda estou sem ... loja péssima sem total credibilidade nenhuma incompetência total..
I bought a stove on the 17th, they gave me 5 days to deliver it, today it's the 27th and nothing, they didn't give me any satisfaction, I call no answer, I spent Christmas without the stove and I still don't... terrible store without total credibility, no incompetence total..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pós compra, falta de comprometimento, atraso absurdo na entrega, falta de comunicação e o gerente ignora suas reclamações. Isso pq fiz uma compra a vista e ainda pagamos uma frete caro. Estou a quase 20 dias aguardando 2 móveis que seriam entregues 3 dias depois da compra e até hoje nada. O próprio vendedor disse que saiu da empresa pq existe muita coisa errada. Não recomento a ninguém.
Poor post-purchase service, lack of commitment, absurd delay in delivery, lack of communication and the manager ignores your complaints. That's because I made a cash purchase and we still pay expensive shipping. I'm almost 20 days waiting for 2 pieces of furniture that would be delivered 3 days after the purchase and until today nothing. The seller himself said he left the company because there is a lot wrong. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This company is a fraud. Do not buy here. The comment below is garbage. If you call, you will get no answer and store staff are not helpful. Seriously, it's less stress to burn your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O som dessa loja do centro de rio das ostras fica no último volume. Atrapalhando os escritórios que trabalham perto. Impossível fazer uma reunião por videoconferência com cliente ou qualquer outra com esse som altíssimo dentro do escritório. Tenham senso.
The sound of this store in downtown Rio das Ostras is at the last volume. Getting in the way of the offices that work nearby. Impossible to have a videoconference meeting with a client or any other meeting with this very loud sound inside the office. Make sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja hoje para saber que dia viriam montar o guarda roupas que compramos e foi entregue na quinta dia 17/12/2021 e até hoje ninguém falou nada. Chegado na loja descubro que nem sequer haviam agendado minha montagem, sendo que no ato da compra comuniquei que não morava em Rio das Ostras e retornaria a minha cidade para que a casa de Rio das Ostras ficasse alugada. Me comunicaram que um montador viria hoje dia 21/12/21, são 18:29 e ninguém apareceu, deixei claro que amanhã estaríamos retornando para Itaperuna e que chegariam os novos inquilinos de aluguel de temporada, parece que isto não preocupa muito a loja.
I went to the store today to find out what day they would come to assemble the wardrobe we bought and it was delivered on Thursday 12/17/2021 and to this day nobody has said anything. When I arrived at the store, I found that they hadn't even scheduled my assembly, and upon purchase I told them that I didn't live in Rio das Ostras and would return to my city so that the house in Rio das Ostras could be rented. They told me that an assembler would come today on 12/21/21, it's 6:29 PM and no one showed up, I made it clear that tomorrow we would be returning to Itaperuna and that new vacation rental tenants would arrive, it seems that this doesn't worry the store much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora na entrega e pouco caso com o consumidor. Comprei um móvel dia 06 de janeiro disseram que fariam a entrega em 7 dias úteis, hoje é dia 24 e até agora nada, nem respondem, fui a loja 2x e não obtive resposta, estou indo ao Procon.
Delay in delivery and little care with the consumer. I bought a piece of furniture on January 6th, they said they would deliver it in 7 working days, today is the 24th and so far nothing, they don't even respond, I went to the store twice and got no response, I'm going to Procon.
