Nunca me respondem, não dão atenção ao cliente e muito menos procuram resolver o problema , meu contrato estão com eles e nem uma ligação eles retorna para finalizar .

They never answer me, they don't give attention to the customer and much less try to solve the problem, my contract is with them and they don't even call back to finish.

Improper billing, payment already made.
