Estou comentando aqui novamente pra ver se possam resolver o problema que venho tendo há alguns meses, os técnicos vem a minha casa mas o problema não e aqui e sim na antena do morro agudo que transmite sinal pra nós aqui no bairro. Estamos fazendo um abaixo assinado pra ver se conseguimos que arrumem isso.
Mas uma vez volto, a expressar a insatisfação com a internet, me falaram que trocaram o equipamento para melhoria de sinal mas continuo na mesma recebendo 0.2kbps sendo que pago para ter 3mb velocidade

Aí quando cai o cliente fica sem retorno, pq a sede onde acontece o atendimento não tem internet para atender o telefone, a pessoa fica às cegas, não sabe o que aconteceu, quando vai voltar, se pode resolver em casa, simplesmente não tem um retorno pq alguém resolveu fazer com que o telefone fixo funcionasse apenas quando tivesse internet, muito bom viu, nota 0 para essa mudança
