Brokers are good. But the terrible administrative part, the maintenance part is even worse. I have two units and I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos profissionais, serviço mal feito dos apartamentos, da muito problema e marcam vistoria não vão e não dão satisfação. Não respondem o whatsapp , não atendem as ligações. Ligo no 0800 em Belo Horizonte dizem que vai ver e noa resolvem nada. Fiz um investimento alto e o retorno só dor de cabeça com a falta de profissionalismo desta empresa.
They are terrible professionals, poorly serviced apartments, they give a lot of problems and schedule an inspection, they don't go and they don't give satisfaction. They don't answer whatsapp, they don't answer calls. I call the 0800 in Belo Horizonte they say they'll see and they don't solve anything. I made a high investment and the return just a headache with the lack of professionalism of this company.
