★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram ótimos para arrumar o inquilino, porém ao longo desses 30 meses de administração , os repasses de aluguel não foram pontuais, recebi sem multa, sempre com uma desculpa pelo atraso e fim do contrato estou a ver navios, piso ainda tenho pendências a receber.
Durante a locaçao , não foi passado os reajustes previstos em lei em consideração a "Pandemia".
They were great to fix the tenant, but over these 30 months of administration, the rent transfers were not punctual, I received without a fine, always with an excuse for the delay and the end of the contract I'm seeing ships, I still have pending items to receive.
During the lease, the readjustments provided for by law were not passed in consideration of the "Pandemic".
