★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo as inúmeras combinações que dá para fazer, o melhor é as bolhas que estoura na boca, sensacional. O pina descolada maravilhoso, outra combinação perfeita é leite com uva e Bublé de maçã verde.
I love the many combinations you can do, the best is the bubbles that burst in the mouth, sensational. Wonderful cool pina, another perfect combination is grape milk and green apple bublé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito decepcionados com o atendimento da bbk shopping São Caetano,pois adoro a marca e tive uma péssima experiência em chegar no quiosque no sábado 12 de setembro de 2020 às 19:52 E a atendente de caixa nem olhar no meu rosto e informar que já tinha encerrado!Horários devem ser cumpridos 20:00 não são 19:52 E em tempos de pandemia dispensar um cliente assim não é legal!
I was very disappointed with the service provided by bbk shopping São Caetano, as I love the brand and had a terrible experience arriving at the kiosk on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 7:52 pm And the cashier didn't even look at my face and inform that had to be closed! Schedules must be met 20:00 are not 19:52 And in times of pandemic dismissing a client like that is not legal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje no quiosque e comprei um BBK, estava acompanhada com minha mãe e comprei apenas 1 bebida e uma garrafa de água. Quando a bebida ficou pronta me entregaram com 1 canudo, porém pedi outro canudo para que minha mãe pudesse experimentar, as duas atendentes negaram o canudo, disse que só podia dar 1 por copo, o mesmo insisti e até me ofereci a pagar pelo canudo (parecia até que estava pedindo a bebida de graça pela cara que ela fez) e depois jogou o canudo no balcão como se eu fosse uma qualquer uma, não peguei o canudo e quase devolvi o que comprei. 1 garrafinha de água por 5,00 que já é um baita absurdo vender 1 garrafa de água por preço abusivo, e outro por não dar a nota fiscal do produto. Em épocas de pandemia, o mínimo que poderiam fazer é respeitar o cliente e tratar bem. Negar 1 mero canudo a cliente é péssimo. Não volto nunca mais, nem se me oferecessem a bebida gratuita!!! Melhorem isso.
I went to the kiosk today and bought a BBK, I was accompanied by my mother and I bought just 1 drink and a bottle of water. When the drink was ready, I was handed a straw, but I asked for another straw so that my mother could try it, the two attendants denied the straw, said that I could only give 1 straw, I insisted and even offered to pay for the straw ( it looked like he was asking for the free drink because of the face she made) and then she threw the straw on the counter as if I were just anybody, I didn't take the straw and almost returned what I bought. 1 bottle of water for 5.00 which is already a huge absurd to sell 1 bottle of water for an abusive price, and another for not giving the invoice of the product. In times of pandemic, the least they could do is to respect the customer and treat well. Denying a mere straw to a customer is terrible. I will never come back, even if they offered me the free drink !!! Make it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N gostei das bolhas pq eu peguei o suco de laranja e as bolhas de limão e a base de água e as bolinhas de limão não tem nada a ver com limão e por isso dou 3 estrelas.
I didn't like the bubbles because I got the orange juice and the lemon bubbles and the water base and the lemon balls have nothing to do with lemon and that's why I give it 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável! Não sou de negativar nenhum estabelecimento, porém essa avaliação se faz jus ao descaso do mesmo com um incidente. Ao tentar inserir o canudo na embalagem super rígida do copo, o mesmo estourou! Mas o pior foi não ter nenhum suporte por parte das atendentes para auxiliar na situação, nem se quer um papel para secar, despreparo total. No final vieram questionar se eu queria outro copo, mas o que eu queria ter tido era “uma gota” de consideração. Não volto mais e acredito que nem a outra pessoa a qual também já havia tido o mesmo problema (ao chegar já estava sujo com outro copo quebrado).????
Unfortunate! I am not one to deny any establishment, but this assessment does justice to its neglect with an incident. When trying to insert the straw in the super rigid packaging of the cup, it blew! But the worst thing was not having any support from the attendants to help in the situation, not even a paper to dry, total lack of preparation. In the end they came to ask if I wanted another glass, but what I wanted was “a drop” of consideration. I'm not coming back and I believe that neither the other person who had also had the same problem (when I arrived I was already dirty with another broken glass).
