Achei uma falta de compromisso e comprometimento com o cliente.

Ganhei de aniversário, no dia 18/06 das minhas filhas, um vaucher de massagens, nunca consigo horário, apesar de informarem que funcionam das 9 às 21hs nunca tem profissionais disponíveis. A atendente, totalmente despreparada e grosseira. Desisti dessa unidade que só criou dificuldades e fui prontamente atendida na unidade do Cittá América.
