 I couldn't even get to the space because when I call to schedule my ticket, none of the closest units answer! Lack of consideration for the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me perdi um pouco pra chegar, mas é que só depois descobri que fica dentro da Bodytech da galeria. Fui muito bem atendida e passei um dia super relaxante.
I got a little lost getting there, but only later I found out that it's inside the gallery's Bodytech. I was very well attended and spent a super relaxing day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo se quer agendar! Ha 1 semana tento agendar um pacote de 3 horas que eu só comprei por conta de ficar em Ipanema. Ligo, falam que irão me ligar de volta, nunca ligam, mando whatsapp dizem que estão verificando um horário e nada! Ligo e ninguem atende! Péssimo atendimento!
I can't if you want to schedule! One week ago I try to schedule a package of 3 hours that I only bought because of staying in Ipanema. Call me, they say they'll call me back, they never call, I send whatsapp they say they are checking a time and nothing! I call and nobody answers! Terrible attendance!

Infelizmente o Buddha Spa, localizado na BodyTech do Shopping Rio Sul, rendeu-se à ordem absurda e politizada da prefeitura, exigindo um inútil passaporte sanitário, ferindo diretamente o cidadão-comum, pagante de régios impostos, no seu direito Constitucional de ir e vir.
Lymphatic Drainage note ten. Unfortunately, Buddha Spa, located in the BodyTech of Shopping Rio Sul, surrendered to the absurd and politicized order of the city hall, demanding a useless sanitary passport, directly hurting ordinary citizens, payers of royal taxes, in their Constitutional right to come and go .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um voucher de dia das mães para minha mãe nessa unidade de Ipanema, mas é impossível marcar!!! Não respondem as mensagens dela, não conseguem marcar nem pelo telefone nem na visita presencial! E o voucher tem validade de 1 mês, fica parecendo que é de propósito. Não recomendo a unidade de Ipanema, não sei das outras.
Só dei 1 estrela pois não é possível dar zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m so unbelievable disappointed. I paid money for a service. The girl was rude. While massaging me ... she was massaging me with 1 hand and sending messages with the other hand on her mobile phone.... the room had 18 Celsius- way to cold for Me . She refused to increase the temperature gave me a blanket but I was still cold..... that was the worst careless massage ever ..... I used to set up spas and massage 14 yrs myself... this was bad quality... no refund. No sorry no nothing

I had 2 treatments, a facial and foot massage. Both were not good at all. The foot massage was just a lame foot rubbing with lotion while the facial didn’t had any impact as ones I had before in my life. She was rubbing my face slowly and put some lotions that had no impact so I guess it was just some cheap stuff.
The place itself was nice and the girls were friendly
