★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo não recomendo principalmente não estão seguindo as normas relacionadas a covid, passageiros e motoristas todos sem máscara dentro do ônibus, gente espirrando toda hora e sem usar máscara.
I don't recommend it, especially not following the rules related to covid, passengers and drivers all without a mask inside the bus, people sneezing all the time and without wearing a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei muita raiva do dia 24 de dezembro véspera de feriado, o ônibus quebrou em outra cidade eles passaram a tarde toda enrolando os passageiros, no fim das contas ainda devolver o meu dinheiro, e daí eu encontrei passagem nenhuma outra agência e fiquei sem curtir o feriado com a família por conta da irresponsabilidade dessa agência de viagem.

Estávamos viajando de Palmas a Araguaína e o "cobrador" e condutor" ( pq não dá pra chamar de motorista, freadas bruscas) não deixaram embarcar nossa cachorra (detalhe ela viajou 500km de ônibus no RS, atravessou o país de avião e ninguém complicou, somente a poderosa Bueno turismo que complicou, que segundo eles a fiscalização AtR multava se levasse cachorro
Fui até o posto da ATR falei com Vandir disse que não havia problema.
Retornei no ônibus explicando aí o " cobrador" disse que a empresa exigia a compra de uma passagem para a cachorra. A fim de evitar que a cachorra fosse transportada no bagageiro comprei a passagem e o mais bizarro eles informaram cachorra.
ATR não multa se pagar a passagem kkkk
Ahhh e quando fui ver a poltrona 29 que venderam para a cachorra já estava ocupada.
Solicitei a liberação da poltrona ao cobrador e o mesmo não fez nada
