Very good atmosphere, spacious and cozy. A single caveat is that you can have a child safety bar in the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar é um verdadeiro inferno, não tem alvará, minha mãe tem Alzheimer, a dono não se importa, aluga com festas com som altíssimo. Gente sem respeito pelos moradores do local, REPITO NÃO TEM ALVARÁ DE FUNCIONAMENTO e já estamos providenciando na justiça, minha mãe teve convulsão essa semana por causa desse inferno de chácara.
This place is a real hell, it doesn't have a license, my mother has Alzheimer's, the owner doesn't care, she rents with parties with very loud music. People with no respect for the residents of the place, I REPEAT THEY DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE and we are already taking legal action, my mother had a seizure this week because of this hell of a farm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bom, mais precisa de manutenção urgente, mais é muito sujo os quartos muito sujo as camas não dá pra dormir fede, o sofá fidido cheio de poera, as geladeiras só funciona uma muito suja ferrugem muito cascão, a cervejeira muito ferrugem sujo lodo, o fogão só funciona duas bocas muito sujo também, a pia da cozinha não dá pra usar pois a Cuba tá solta tem que usar a pia da churrasqueira as janelas um lixo . MANUTENÇÃO UGENTE E LIMPEZA
The place is good, but it needs urgent maintenance, but it is very dirty the rooms are very dirty the beds stink, the sofa is full of dust, the refrigerators only work a very dirty rust a lot of smudge, the brewery a lot of dirty rust mud, the stove only works with two burners, very dirty too, the kitchen sink can't be used because the Cuba is loose, you have to use the barbecue sink the windows are rubbish. USEFUL MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
