★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é ótimo, a comida estava boa e a equipe de recreação é excelente. Mas o gerenciamento é muito bagunçado, primeiro fator que me deixou extremamente desapontada, a decoração. A pedido do espaço, entrei em contato direto com a empresa de decoração parceira 3 semanas antes da festa. Falei diretamente com a Vivian com que eu fechei o contrato, falei sobre minha insatisfação com a empresa de decoração que não respondia e nem retornava, que faltava apenas uma semana e meia pra festa e a decoração não estava alinhada, e que não queria que no dia da festa fizessem uma decoração mal feita e de qualquer jeito. Pois bem, foi exatamente isso que aconteceu. Festa para menina e o tema era aviões, fizeram uma decoração NADA A VER com o tema. Pegaram qualquer item que remetia ao "internacional" e colocaram, fizeram de qualquer jeito, colocaram item que eu pedi pra não colocar, não colocaram itens que foram combinados, e a mobília estava em mal estado, a decoração foi alterada 3x durante o percurso da festa.... enfim, quando o gerente e dona chegaram, eles acharam que a festa era tema Inglaterra, e tentaram consertar o serviço mal feito da empresa de decoração, foram ótimos e muito solicitos, mas já não havia muito o que ser feito, a essa altura, falta 30min pros parabéns. Ao ir embora da festa, fui acertar o Valet (que era cortesia pros meus convidados, detalhe acertado no fechamento do contrato) e fui informada que a equipe do Valet não foi informada sobre a cortesia, foi cobrado de todos os meus convidados.
The space is great, the food was good and the recreation team is excellent. But the management is very messy, first factor that left me extremely disappointed, the decoration. I spoke directly with Vivian with whom I signed the contract, I talked about my dissatisfaction with the decoration company that did not respond or return, that there was only a week and a half to the party and the decoration was not aligned, and that I did not want day of the party made a bad decoration and anyway. Well, that's exactly what happened. Party for girls and the theme was airplanes, they made a decoration that had NOTHING to do with the theme. They took any item that referred to "international" and put it on, they did it anyway, they put item that I asked not to put it, they didn't put items that were combined, and the furniture was in poor condition, the decoration was changed 3x during the course of the party.... anyway, when the manager and owner arrived, they thought the party was England themed, and they tried to fix the bad service of the decoration company, they were great and very solicitous, but there was not much to be done , at this point, there are 30 minutes left for congratulations. When leaving the party, I went to arrange the Valet (which was courtesy to my guests, a detail agreed upon in the closing of the contract) and I was informed that the Valet team was not informed about the courtesy, it was charged to all my guests.
