★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu casamento foi no dia 5 de maio de 2018. Fiz minha festa em outro espaço, mas contratei o Buffet Fratelli para servir meus convidados no dia do meu casamento. E o que eu já posso adiantar, é que indicamos de olhos fechados esse Buffet para quem está pesquisando. Na fase de degustações, ainda em 2017, provamos praticamente todos os buffets mais falados do Grande ABC, e não tivemos dúvidas na hora de concordar que o Fratelli servia, de longe, a melhor comida. Foi ali que tivemos uma grande prova de que um fornecedor não precisa ser o mais caro para ser o melhor.
Falando do nosso cardápio, nos foi oferecida uma grande variedade de salgadinhos para a entrada. Tinham opções folhadas, assadas e fritas. Salgadinhos sequinhos, crocantes e quentinhos. Para o jantar, optamos por servir Contra Filé ao Molho Mostarda , Fricassê de Frango e Rondelli Presunto e Queijo ao Molho Branco. Tudo acompanhado de guarnições e uma grande variedade de saladas. A hora da sobremesa também foi um show à parte. Além do bolo trufado de morango com chocolate com sorvete, foi servido fruta picada com chocolate na tacinha. E por fim, 10 tipos de docinhos à nossa escolha, servidos na mesa. Um buffet completíssimo.
Não posso deixar de mencionar também que tivemos um excelente suporte da Gisele para tudo. E quando digo tudo, é tudo mesmo! Ela foi uma espécie de assessora amiga durante todos os meses que antecederam o nosso evento. Nos deixou tranquilos, e ajudou com várias dicas experientes. Um amor de pessoa, ela e todos os funcionários do Buffet. Enfim, venho deixar minha avaliação positiva em agradecimento aos serviços prestados no nosso casamento. Aos noivos que ainda não escolheram o Buffet, podem ir sem medo! ;)
My wedding was on May 5, 2018. I had my party in another space, but I hired Buffet Fratelli to serve my guests on my wedding day. And what I can already say, is that we indicate this Buffet with eyes closed for those who are researching. In the tasting phase, still in 2017, we tasted practically all the most talked about buffets in Grande ABC, and we had no doubts when it came to agreeing that Fratelli served, by far, the best food. It was there that we had great proof that a supplier does not have to be the most expensive to be the best.
Speaking of our menu, we were offered a wide variety of snacks for starters. They had puffed, baked and fried options. Dry, crispy and warm snacks. For dinner, we chose to serve Contra Filet with Mustard Sauce, Chicken Fricassee and Rondelli Ham and Cheese with White Sauce. All accompanied by garnishes and a wide variety of salads. Dessert time was also a separate show. In addition to the strawberry truffle cake with chocolate and ice cream, chopped fruit with chocolate was served in the bowl. Finally, 10 types of sweets to choose from, served at the table. A very complete buffet.
I also have to mention that we had excellent support from Gisele for everything. And when I say everything, it is everything! She was a kind of friendly advisor during all the months leading up to our event. It left us calm, and helped with several experienced tips. A loving person, she and all the staff at the Buffet. Anyway, I come to leave my positive evaluation in thanks for the services provided at our wedding. For newlyweds who have not yet chosen the Buffet, they can go without fear! ;)
