To be honest, it used to be good. After the pandemic they sold more than once and the customer is always on hand. You have conversation and there is no return. I even had my party but it wasn't what I paid for. It was just a disappointment, there were 2 people working on the day of my party who were wonderful. But party there never again

I regret it!! The photo of the table had many more items than the table on the day of the party, the sign with the name arrived when the party was already happening. I made a contract for 60 people and the place didn't have enough tables, just chairs. The snacks are well served, but the snacks, crepes and cotton candy are regulated, it only passes once and when you ask for more they say they don't have it. The cake is also small for so many people and the sweets a lot of people didn't even eat. The air conditioning doesn't take care of the space. And you can't complain about anything that employees already scowl. Bad experience... I'll never do it again and I don't recommend it to anyone

Buffet was great, I went to a party two years ago and I loved it. This Sunday I had my son's party. Good snacks, but dry. Terrible noodles.. they said that a waiter broke the beer glasses (I couldn't believe it), cotton candy pan also broke coincidentally. Good toys but the main thing is to fall into the ball pool, crashing.. Gabrielle, super good waiters and decor, I found them to be above average in friendliness. Good entertainer too! Children sitting on the floor at the picnic.. there was no table. I paid in the pandemic and I think they were now saving on resources.. The new owner doesn't even speak, she never responds, she passes on chopped information. I do not recommend!

I didn't like the buffet. It was actually the worst buffet experience I have ever had. Even a muffin at home I think would be better. There are no monitors prepared for children, there is no security at the door, although the buffet faces an Av. There is no pattern on the employees' clothes, one in a tank top, another in flats, another in sneakers and zero organization on their part. Soda without total gas, juice looked like those made from powder in a machine, salted without a crust zero crispy. Bread with those sausages that look like they have sand, an industrialized puree. Zero animation of the monitors, and zero relationship with the children. A white sauce on a hard pasta. Not to mention that the sausage buns were picked up right away. And still passes with the bag among the guests. Just one waiter, and he even tried to pay attention, but 1 swallow doesn't make a summer. Anyway... It seems crazy, or too fresh, but all this happened and I know it's hard to believe lol I hope the Buffet improves, for whom they can grow even more. I am also an entrepreneur and I know that it is not easy to undertake and keep an establishment standing. However, I believe that customer feedback is very important in the work we do, and it is of paramount importance to consider every argument for the company to grow! I would like to leave here my feedback about the Fun Kids Buffet, mainly I would like to point out that I closed with the buffet before the pandemic in 2019, it was another owner, where they welcomed me very well, I tried the entire menu of excellent quality, changed owners and unfortunately I had to reschedule twice,)(one of them rescheduled for the wrong date, wrong time), a lot of lack of attention, but the buffet with the new person responsible for the space failed in the service, if I didn't ask about rescheduling they wouldn't inform me about a new date, a new location, a new menu, very different from the one I had previously closed. They take a long time to respond on WhatsApp, when I called, not until day, I had a lot of difficulty with that, when I asked about visiting the new place, I didn't have flexibility on weekends. On the day of the party. They left something to be desired in terms of: Service - Only two people serving and one in the kitchen, it took a long time to serve, when the guest requested something, it took a long time or even forgot to serve. The savory ones are OK, but little quantity, due to the delay in serving the months they were empty for a long time. The drink is in different glasses, it doesn't have a pattern, it was a beer glass with soda, I didn't find it apparent beautiful. Toys - Electronics in bad, patched, malfunctioning condition. Toy ok, but at the end of the slide there was a type of mattress with a sheet, it came out all the time, very ugly. Space - very small, I closed for 70 people and didn't have a chair and table for everyone, in fact it has 48 seats, I had to rearrange the whole place to receive and accommodate my guests. The division of the party with the kitchen did not have a "door", something that was not visible to the guests, it had smoke and the smell of oil. Dirty, poorly finished bathroom. The entrance is very close to the street, easy access for theft or something, there is no security. Dinner - Poorly served, Macaroni was ok, but it was served on the plate and not in a self-service buffet, there were people who didn't eat, they asked for the silver and again it took a long time to arrive and it was cold. Snacks, Hot dog were ok too, but the delay in passing was very annoying. Retrospective - I didn't have it due to an error by another person in charge, but the lack of preparation to review this retro before the party was visible to everyone, in the middle of the party they spent more than half an hour looking for the file and in the end it came with an error, incomplete video and still with the wrong song, that's why I sent all photos and music a week before as requested by the buffet. Snack time - ok, but due to the space being small it had to be in an internal area between the kitchen, due to the amount of people who didn't have space for the children to do it on the floor, it wasn't very cool either, dark place and very close the kitchen. Congratulations time - It was ok, but they turned off all the lights, it was very dark, there was no light play or anything like that to make it easier to go to the cake. Cake and sweets - Cake was delicious, but the sweets, how sad, they were only serving ONE SWEET for the guests, ABSURD. They don't make a home kit, which I think is unfair because we parents and the birthday girl can't eat during the party, due to the rush of wanting to pay attention to everyone. Attendants - All the girls who were present were nice, I understand that the small amount was wrong with all the above processes, they need to improve a lot in these aspects, it's sad that you wait two years for a party to go the way it was, we work so hard to meet a request from the son in having your party the least we expect is care to have a great experience. Finally, I do not recommend the place due to the lack of preparation and care in providing good customer service. I ask you to take it into account as a criticism to seek to improve. It was a 2 year wait party, which was not held, I was very disappointed with this Kids Fun Buffet, never again. Unprepared waiters, seemed to be doing a favor, served little food and drink, and the guests left hungry. Very disappointing indeed. Regrettable Dona Taty, I want to report it to Procon, never party there again. Very dirty toys, a pitiful bathroom and at the party we have brigadeiro, right, that wasn't even served.
