★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumatizante, convidados sem bebidas nas mesas, garçons despreparados, e fazendo corpo mole…itens contratuais não realizados, como reposição de tábua de frios pagos a parte, tempo de festa reduzido sem aviso, tentativa de cobrança de acréscimo de convidados sem nem mesmo terem alguém para recebe los na entrada, contratamos um serviço de bar man e colocaram o porteiro para preparar as bebidas usando água com gás ao invés de vodka e saque como combinado ….uma festa de 15 anos realmente inesquecível….lamentável o descaso.
Traumatizing, guests without drinks at the tables, unprepared waiters, and getting soft… contractual items not performed, such as replacement of cold cuts board paid separately, party time reduced without notice, attempt to charge additional guests without even having anyone to receive them at the entrance, we hired a bar man service and they put the doorman to prepare the drinks using sparkling water instead of vodka and serve as arranged….a truly unforgettable 15th birthday party….regrettable the neglect.
