Comida ruim, além de demorar horas pra ser servida, suco totalmente artificial e aguado!
Nos cantos resto de lixo do evento anterior, piscina de bolinhas sem bolinhas!
Monitores adolescentes despreparados para lidar com crianças!
Fui no berçário trocar meu filho e no mesmo lugar estava os “personagens” fazendo um lanche, tiveram que sair pra eu poder trocar o bb e os pratos de comidas e roupas dos herói dentro do berço!
Cobram 30 reais pra deixar o carro estacionado em cima da calçada! Não tem área baby os maiores invadem todos os espaços e monitores não fazem/falam nada.

In the corners, leftover garbage from the previous event, a ball pit without balls!
Teenage monitors unprepared to deal with children!
I went to the nursery to change my son and in the same place the "characters" were having a snack, they had to leave so I could change the bb and the plates of food and clothes of the heroes inside the crib!
They charge 30 reais to leave the car parked on the sidewalk! There is no baby area, the bigger ones invade all spaces and monitors don't do/say anything.

Havia fechado a festa de 1 ano da minha filha, mas por conta da pandemia não conseguimos realizar, a Mônica junto com a sua equipe foi nos dando todo suporte durante o pós venda até que conseguíssemos esse ano fazer a tão sonhada festa, foi LITERALMENTE UM SONHO! Tudo muito lindo, muito bem servido, só recebi elogios. Confio e recomendo de olhos fechados!
I can only thank you for the partnership; the buffet is amazing, all the staff excellent! I had closed my daughter's 1st birthday party, but because of the pandemic we couldn't do it, Monica along with her team was giving us all the support during the after sale until we managed to have the dreamed party this year, it was LITERALLY ONE DREAM! Everything was very beautiful, very well served, I only received compliments. I trust and recommend with my eyes closed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 8 de janeiro estava marcado para a festa de 1 ano da minha filha, podem imaginar o quanto isso é importante. Por uma surpresa nossa, nossa filha testou positivo para covid, fiquei muito abalada e logo entrei em contato com a Mônica do buffet, para ver a possibilidade de agendar.
A Mônica prontamente já nos deu opções de datas para remarcar, a cima de tudo me acalmou e conseguimos remarcar para o final de semana seguinte, o que foi muito rápido.
A Mônica é uma profissional de extrema qualidade, e principalmente humana, realmente visando pelo bem estar do cliente.
Estou apaixonada pelo buffet, todos os convidados elogiaram extremamente a festa, a comida e etc..
Parabéns pelo trabalho, se eu pudesse faria festa aí todo mês, nos sentimos em casa.

January 8th was scheduled for my daughter's 1st birthday party, you can imagine how important this is. To our surprise, our daughter tested positive for covid, I was very shaken and soon got in touch with Monica from the buffet, to see the possibility of scheduling.
Monica promptly gave us options for dates to reschedule, above all she calmed me down and we managed to reschedule for the following weekend, which was very fast.
Monica is a professional of extreme quality, and mainly human, really aiming for the well being of the client.
I'm in love with the buffet, all the guests praised the party, the food and etc..
Congratulations on your work, if I could, I would have a party there every month, we feel at home.

O lugar maravilhoso, brinquedos que atendem crianças e adultos, espaço enorme, integra todos os convidados, atendimento por parte da Mônica sem palavras, fechei a festa 8 meses antes, em tempos de pandemia e ela sempre respondeu tudo prontamente! Recomendo mil vezes!!!
I had my 2 year old's party! The wonderful place, toys that serve children and adults, huge space, integrates all the guests, service by Monica without words, I closed the party 8 months before, in times of a pandemic and she always answered everything promptly! I recommend a thousand times!!!

Fomos muito bem atendidos, tivemos nossas necessidades supridas, e a festa foi incrível! Comida muito gostosa e muito bem servida, brinquedos divertidos para adultos e crianças, o parabéns, tudo! A equipe é muito atenciosa e cuidadosa, muito simpáticos e prestativos, cuidaram de cada detalhe para que tudo saísse perfeito como foi. Adoramos e esperamos fazer mais festas dos nossos filhos com vcs.
From the first contact via WhatsApp with Monica, our first visit to meet her and the party itself, it was a great experience! We were very well taken care of, our needs were met, and the party was amazing! Very delicious food and very well served, fun toys for adults and children, congratulations, everything! O espaço? Maravilhoso! Acomodou toda minha família e amigos perfeitamente. Uma equipe linda, jovem e o mais importante... todos muito bem humorados. A comida um caso a parte ( estou até agora assustada como tamanho da bolinha de queijo) . Bom ficaria aqui por hrs apontando tanta perfeição, mas acho que já me fiz entender rsrs. Obg por realizarem esse sonho.
First of all, Monica's service was impeccable, she knew how to listen to me and understand how special that day would be for me. She took care of everything with great affection, the party was impeccable, every detail.
The space? Wonderful! It accommodated all my family and friends perfectly. A beautiful team, young and most importantly... all in a very good mood. The food is a case apart (I'm still scared about the size of the cheese ball) . Well I would stay here for hrs pointing out so much perfection, but I think I made myself understood lol. Thank you for making this dream come true.
